Work Experience The purpose of work experience is to provide people outside the organisation (typically students) with the opportunity to gain experience, skills and knowledge in the electronics industry and within the Private Sector. The Company may accept work experience students from approved educational institutions (usually high schools, TAFE, employment agencies and universities). Insurance will be covered by the Company. Work experience students will be offered meaningful and varied work ensuring they finish their placement with the appropriate experiences and relevant skills and knowledge. Work experience in Office Administration, Logistics, Warehousing, Electronics repair, Hardware and Software design and development is offered and generally available. Volunteers Volunteers are those people who of their own free will choose to engage in specified unpaid activities within the organisation for the benefit of the community, themselves and the organisation. Volunteers are numerous across the private sector and the Company supports the important role they play. Voluntary work is not restricted to students. Volunteer work undertaken by seniors adds extra value to the services we provide. Members of the public who benefit from our and similar services are often provided with a different perspective or additional knowledge, information, and experience gained through a volunteer's training and life experiences.
